The Cat Young Vlad Krutskikh holds on the the No.1, with John Miles climbing to No.3.

New entry at 11 for MEST with 'Rooftops'. This is a kinda Punkish slice of guitar rock which began to grow on me quite quickly. It's not the best track ever recorded but it has a bit of life about it.

Not surprisingly, a song for Haiti comes in this week, at 15. It's by Savenir and called 'One Love Haiti'. The volume is a little low but it's a fine, upbeat Reggae number.

At 17 comes Misha Puntov, another Russian boy with a song called 'Valentina'. Quite enjoyable.

And a quality ballad from Julian Velard called 'End of an Era' comes in at 19.

Must admit I love the video. Reina Del Cid is one of my favourite singers, and a great songwriter.
