Prunella Minge Yes, Richard Hope-Hawkins in Bristol helped him quite a bit in his latter years of ill-health, as he did Terry-Thomas. A nice cheery entertainer.
JK2006 Good for him; sadly Russ died in 2000, aged 75. He was so popular in the 50s.
