Martin K Not a website for a migrain sufferer!
I clicked on it, and I can still see it flashing!
nathanjay Last I heard was about '98 when I bought an excellent 12" by Adamski's Thing called Intravenous Venus.

And now he's stopped being Adamski:

Martin K When it went to number we danced for joy, as it was so unlikely that the short kid from our village would get to number one.(this just doesnt happen here!)
His first single came out when he was eleven years old, and his Dad owned a nursery and offered me my first job!
I am pretty sure after the second album , which did not do too well, he was trying to get into film soundtracks, and became a father.
Rumours locally, were that he had gone to America.
The first Adamski album is a classic of it`s time as it represented rave culture.
Whatever, did or has happened, he will allways have a decent living from "Killer".
I did a live mix for him, way way back, and he turned up with a "guitar", which he appeared to have made out of a floorboard. It didn`t work that well, but he was allways a guy that you could see something big was going to happen to.
Some people have just got it. (nb, I didnt say X Factor).
Dang I said it.
JK2006 I helped break Killer by making it my page lead in The Sun.
Editor Kelvin McKenzie was over the moon when it went to No 1 weeks later, proving we were way ahead of the game.
It was essentially Adam's tune as I remember.
Still sounds great.
So where has he gone?
Martin K ...even from minor beginnings, for bands when I was an agent, you could suddenly realise that you were in arrears by thousands. We had half a house missing in commission at one point last year.
Which reminds me,I often wonder what has happened to my old mate Adam, who co wrote "Killer", with Seal.
Management /agenting, can often be a thankless task, it`s a shame even further, when it ends in court.
