JK2006 No I didn't write it Dixie (George Baker did under his real name) but the Ivors give prizes for other than writing and it won their Record of the Year prize as should be covered in your programme!

Did you write Una Paloma Blanca? I thought you covered it. And the Ivors is for songwriting. (And, I'll be in The Great Room next Thursday to hopefully see Patch Williams win their very much deserved Ivor - Fingers crossed)!
JK2006 Went to see my friend Steve Levine's excellent band Patch William at the City Showcase last night; packed with around 400 fans - they went down a storm. Nominated for an Ivor Novello Award this year (I won their top prize Record of the Year in 1975 for Una Paloma Blanca).
