robbiex I used to listen to Moyles all the time on radio 1 and found him quite funny. However now I'm a bit older and wiser i find some of his humour irritating, such as when he repeatly plays the same jingle over and over again. I also find it annoying when he makes childish "farting" noises and belches, it isn't pleasant no matter what age you are.

I much prefer Sara Kennedy on the early shift, her voice is so calming and she plays some uplifting songs. Not exactly ground breaking, but thats not what radio 2 is about. As for Chris Evans, I used to like him on TFI friday, but now he just seems to be so middle-aged and middle-class. Talking about hosting dinner parties, and so many of the callers are from the surrey area where he lives (or used to live). Also when he speaks to kids on the phone its a bit creepy.
dixie I agree. I'm really pleased Evans silenced the critics with a better Rajar result than Wogan got.

I'm really looking forward to Chris completing the circle by being back on Friday night TV with his One Show appearances.

Good luck.
JK2006 At least Evans on Two plays music though most of it is old. Moyles and his Zoo (I have always hated the stupid Zoo format, the radio equivalent of Twitter) sound so bored and lazy it is unbelievable - and I was Moyles' huge champion years ago to Andy Parfitt.
