I was just going to post about this very same subject. Albarn seemed hungover and was struggling to find the words, and he has clearly had a hair transplant (ala Rooney and Brydon). I don't know why he can't move away from writing this pretensious nonsense and get back to writing decent pop songs.

It was almost painful watching him. I couldn't work out whether it was nerves or just not being articulate. As you say, thankfully he makes good music.
