Al Introduce a couple of dynamic presenters with character and a sense of fun as well as musical knowledge. (I'd certainly give Barney Harwood a shot. Not sure how much musical knowledge he has, but he comes across well and does remind me very much of the late John Peel. Maybe partner him with Suzie Quatro?)

Have a weekly competition where 2 viewers could win VIP tickets to attend TOTP and meet the acts "backstage".

Encourage more live performances.

Bring back the "Whole Lotta Love" theme tune.

Create a TOTP Fan Kit (T-shirt, badge, stickers, limited CDs, autographs, etc) to encourage viewer involvement. Maybe a "TOTP CLUB".

Extend the show to 45 minutes.

Win back the BBC1 prime time slot.

Back up the show with an interactive web site.
