Kev	I'm a bit confused with where you're heading with this. Have you got an artist ready to record this or are you looking to create a demo for a publisher to push for covers? If so, I can't see where a licensing company fits in as they're going to want a master (and one with a track record normally).
Mr. C	Iam a songwriter of some experience and have some interest in my songs thus far,and i have the backing of a local music licence company that are willing to promote me once i have the product. Iam not a performing songwriter so i am aiming solely for a publishing deal. I have a great,upbeat,contemporary commercial pop song that i have witten just on guitar but needs the full production treatment to realise it's potential. Is anyone out there willing to donate studio downtime/to co produce this potential hit. I would be willing to negotiate a split of any future action. Mr.C (no not THAT one)
