no evidence required, he is dead. And who ,apart from the BBC and his family, are shocked by revelations? the rumours have been around for 20 years and the Have i got news for you debacle would suggest blind-eyes being turned by certain august institutions
evil only happens when good people turn away, the only tragedy is he won't face trial and the parents of minors encouraged and allowed this level of unsupervised contact should ask themselves serious questions. |

Ah that's where you're wrong Dixie; "evidence" this century is simply one person saying something, especially when backed up by others saying the same kind of thing when they have never met.
This is even acceptable in a Court of Law (Justice cannot believe police officers or journalists might assist "witness" statements) and is all that's needed in the Highest Court of all... the Court of Public Opinion.
We have neither the time nor the inclination to think deeply about such wonderfully amusing allegations that titillate our dull lives.
Except for the thousands whose lives were touched and enriched by odd people who did them so much good and brought them so much happiness that they would find it hard to express in words without crying.
Our definitions of "evidence" is different. (Though I suspect it's the same - It's the media's, and in turn the courts, that is different). |

Time for us all to decide very shortly about Mr Saville - based on the evidence.........

Evidence will be difficult to provide, I imagine. |
