Stevie Songsmith Judging by this article published on the BBC website today, it looks like the techies have finally developed a piece of software that can tell if a song is going to be a hit.

As a caveat, Dr Tijl Te Bie from the University of Bristol said: "Predicting that something would be a hit was no guide to whether a song was worth listening to."
