Michael I remember a long time ago saying what a fab idea this would be, but didn't act on it. I see the British company CinemaLive are making a good go of it, notably an upcoming show by André Rieu vivastrauss.com/andre-rieu_show_broadcast_via_satellit/

They have a very good geographical coverage and the right artist to promote. I've seen a lot of opera being promoted, which also seems like a good fit.
