Sadly yes; fan bases often buy tracks because they like the person and want to support them; acts like One Direction and Justin Bieber - it was one reason I produced the first Bay City Rollers hit; you can rest on your laurels (though it's a good idea for one in every half dozen to be real hits). Didn't work for me with the Rollers though. Second release flopped!
