I asume you are comparing BGT and The Voice. The X Factor has had its day, unless it improves its format and quality of judges.

They are both quite different and both are very entertaining television, in my opinion.

Must be fixed, edited or a combination of the two to prevent that happening.
Personally think the show's excellent, so much better than X-Factor.

I've been enjoying BGT. I thought I'd give this series of The Voice a miss. (I gave up watching X Factor last year too). But I watched The Voice last night on I-Player. The standard is very good, but what happens if the judges have filled their quotas before the last act sings? (Or, if they haven't filled thier quotas and the last act is crap?).
I'm please Nate James got chosen.

They have both upped their game (production, editing, directing) and I love all 4 Voice judges and both Simon and David on BGT (the girls are both a bit below standard this year).
Very good TV (and whether or not they are good for music is another discussion - I think they both are). Thoroughly entertaining Saturday night TV (until 9 when I switch to BBC4).
