zooloo Micro-payments would be so very cool.

Little bits can add up to a worthwhile bit.

Though 5 years old... I remember something called "beans" or something that was all about making 10p payments but that seemed to never really happen.

If I can get a scratch card to fill my mobile with money and spend it in dribs and drabs why can't I do a similar thing online?

It would be a good thing!
