.... relate to the time period of 1966 to 1968.
how could anyone defend such a claim let alone remember events form that era ?
## NSW has now put a time limit on abuse compensation claims : 10 years (you only 3 for most other civil claims- 6 at the most).
the time limit begins from the age of 18.
the usual hysterical crowd are up in arms !!..but why ? If it's 'justice' they want surely that is all that matters ?
it will be interesting to see how this affects claims.

The Savile Circus was as much about smashing precedent - and the destroying the notion of protecting the elderly. Now, frail old men are ugly and vile - and fair game for this nasty society to hold to ransom for what they may or may not have done as young men, regardless of their current state of well-being.
Charging men with dementia and raiding nursing homes cannot be far away.

It seems to be happening more and more... back in the 60s and 70s there was loads of sex abuse by cops... how odd... this man is now 84... we've all gone mad...
