If 50% are against, then the other 50% must be for, surely ?
You can't have half-measures when given a yes / no choice (unless, that is, they were asking loony voters who hardly know what day it is !!!)

I really hate these polls.
2000 people out of 66 million is meaningless.
Noam Chomsky did the only real poll 15 years ago when he got universities around the US to team up and they sent out students who polled half a million people to find...da daaa....the majority of Yanks want generous welfare benefits, socialised medicine etc etc |
