hedda didn't realise he died last week.

Had a memorable lunch with he and Barry Humphries (they were close friends) about 12 years but he seemed to have become partially senile..I would spot him walking around and around some gardens in Sydney over the past few years.

He took the famous shots of Christine Keeler and everyone else form that era.
