JK2006 Michael Gove seems to have hit on a horrendous hole in the system. Whilst the madness and insanity that has engulfed sex offences and the false allegations industry (original loopholes created with best intentions and now grossly misused by liars, mistaken people, police and media) have concentrated interest in the wrong area - this incredible situation (nobody knew where children's homes were) is being corrected. At last Government doing something right.
