JK2006 What a brave and magnificent kid - thank God for someone showing us that young people can still illustrate decent human characteristics. I am so delighted that British medicine has brought her back so well (isn't it fabulous that her left eye has now fully recovered?).

And how frightening that religion, which can have such excellent elements, can be totally responsible for the worst evil? Push belief to extremes and you have madness. The Taliban appear barking mad. Nobody can have watched The Kite Runner (one of the best movies ever made) without hating fundamentalist extremism.
