Wade Robson is seeking compensation(or payment to cover the cost of his counselling, as he puts it)
and John Phillips of "The Mamas and the Papas" was accused (after he died) of raping his daughter.
I don't know if compensation featured but she was paid a lot for her story and her Oprah appearance.

In some states, for cases of incestuous child abuse, they work towards rehabilitating the offender so they can return to the family.
