Topic History of: The Chilcott Inquiry (into Iraq invasion)
Max. showing the last 5 posts - (Last post first)
Author Message
In The Know Set-up four and a half years ago, due to report (initially) three years ago - and no date still in sight.

The reason?

A stand-off between the Cabinet Secretary and the Inquiry into which documents (esp correspondence between B-Liar and the MadBush) should be published in the report.

The Inquiry has seen these documents and wants to publish them (to back up claims made in their report).

B-Lair is (allegedly) threatening legal action if they are revealed.

The Cabinet Secretary was B-Liar's personal secretary during the invasion.

Not the most impartial person, therefor, to be making such a decision?
