Mr Reason	He articulated his argument poorly. Maybe he should have forgone the IQ and intelligence route and spoke more about diversity in society and making the point that all contributions are important , and that the key is that people get involved at any level.... It's the contribution, and the fact that people are engaged in contributing, that is important, not necessarily the level of perceived value of one form of involvement above another..........society is knackered when the minority are 'carrying' the majority.............

robbiex	Boris would know all about low IQ levels. I would be amazed if his got into double figures. All he has done as London Mayor is open up all the things that Ken started Boris Bikes (Ken Bikes), London Olympics. He did ban alcohol on the underground however it never happened anyway and there is Knowone there to enforce it.
