steveimp There is nothing nicer than roasted parsnips and carrots.
JK2006 Totally agree on parsnips (and swedes) - I love Christmas pudding with Brandy Butter but only once a year!
andrew After Christmas dinner a cigar does me, pudding etc is just too much.
honey!oh sugar sugar. I like marzipan but I cant bear the icing and I have to peel it off, and I loathe parsnips, especially when they disguise themselves as spuds and ambush me!
JK2006 With you on custard too Robbie, especially when it (inevitably) gets skin on it. Interesting about the texture of food - and drink; it's one reason why I love Pear Juice, that odd, rough texture.
