Walking back from getting Baby Car MOT'd (it passed with flying colours - never fails) and dropped into a newsagent/multi purpose store to get the papers. Yes I still prefer to read them on physical sheets.

JK is right and the tabloids often fool themselves as to their genuine influence. They are the emperor with no clothes.
People do have short memories but even more so today..with the internet etc...information overload.
the tragic part is that if politicians stood up to tabloids the voting public would applaud them.

I doubt if it passed her by, more likely she couldn't care about it. You 'did your time' and it wasn't as if young children were involved - so who does care anymore - except of course for the media who will never let either you, or anyone else forget.
