JK2006 I knew the veteran reporter (about to be 100) when I was 13, decades ago - he lived down the road from us and was a friend of my Mum's. We were friends with his children. He never abused me when I was 13 but it appears, in his autobiography published in the Mail today, he was busy abusing innocent girls when HE was 13. You'll have to read the paper for details. His "confessions of a child abuser" are most amusing and taken, I'm sure, in the spirit of the times. Nice to know that Editor Dacre is relaxing his harsh and Draconian moral stance.
