andrew We watched Blackadder at school students found it boring, Oh What A lovely War they found it embarrassing. They do make good teaching aids but people are ignorant to appreciate them.

The poor Manchester woman talking about her husband, the German describing a bayoneting of a Frenchman........these are real life testimonies of what went on 40 odd years on after the Forst World War

Take this as your history and your datum point. Oh what a lovely war and Blackadder should not be used as teaching aids..............history is not artistic, history is real and verbal and from the mouths of those that were there
