Ah Honey; if I remember the complaint correctly (I still have it filed away - if anything like this ever happens to you, gentle reader, the police HAVE to give you everything they have - disclosure - that they won't be using; insist on it, you'd be astonished what you find, much could get you acquitted)… the elderly man simply says I once pulled over in my Rolls and offered him a lift and he refused it. The suggestion was that he guessed I was a Vile Pervert and did not want to give me the chance to abuse him.
Was that, I wondered, a reason to go to the police? Answer - media publicity inspires such odd behaviour. |

Why would he refuse a lift? When he had asked for a lift? Unless he says you were waving your penis at him or something  and if that was the case why not report it at the time? it sounds bonkers. |

Just to clarify Hedda, the reason I often cite the hitch hiker as a ridiculous case is because he proudly says he REFUSED a lift from me.

we are not far from JK's alleged accuser who said he was hitchhiking and got a lift from him.
