there is a Twitter campaign to demand Britain's hacks explain why they actively promoted Sir James Savile OBE while simultaneously claiming knowledge of his 'abuse'.
These weasels trot out the same line every time- 'we knew but were prevented by libel laws from exposing him'
I love it- these dills are laying the groundwork for a case to be built that they knew all about Jim Savile's activities yet actively went on promoting him year after year.
It's like claiming they knew the Krays were violent gangsters but because they donated to a local charity (from ill gotten funds) they would promote them as 'lovable East End rogues'
There is a precedent here : the late Kerry Packer was told an urban myth and piece of scuttlebutt about one of his most popular stars- they they were a child abuser. (nothing came of it)
Packer encouraged the star to take his show off as a private enterprise, produce it and sell it back to him thereby making the star extremely wealthy.
Packer also then owned one of the biggest glossy magazine publishers in the country- no article ever appeared again in them about the star.
Packer was removing himself from any liability.

### raving fruit loop and Satanic Abuse / Recovered Memory exponent Liz Mulliner is bringing her Heal 4 Life cult to the UK.
Mulliner is now outrageously claiming that she alerted Hey Dad producers years ago about recently convicted actor Robert Hughes and so they fired him.
A producer told me yesterday she made no such claim, they did not fire him and the show just ended as it had become passe and everyone was laid off including he, Hughes and the eventual complainant. |
