Well I had cold Ham and potato Rosti. If you're ever in Yorkshire, visit one of Betty's Cafes, (York, Harrogate, Northalerton etc),0h and try thier swiss Rosti - Wonderful. (My wife went on a course at Betty's cokkery school - so now I can have Rosti at home!!!!) |

It was remarkably clear, with only one hold up, which was caused by an idiot, who drove the whole of the toll road without any money on him, and clogged a lane up at the payment area.He then proceeded to walk up and down the line of cars caused by his incompetence and ask for money! |

Typical touring weekend food post with a twist..burgers and burgers, but finally finishing last night with an excellent linguine pasta with a duck and gravy sauce. Very interesting cross-culture dish.
It took us twelve hours to get up north on Friday, but only four and a half to get back. |
