A thousand pounds fine is worth it to keep the looneys at bay!  I don't actually see how they can make it harder to get on the anonymous register than it is already, because you have to have court documentation like a restraining order as it is.
"Ordinary" reasons like working with disturbed people and not wanting them to know where you live is no reason at all apparently. |
