webmonkey She was a lot more well-known to Radio 4 listeners for News Quiz and a couple of her own series. Saw her in stand-up several times, too. Extremely funny and one of the few stand-ups who could 'do politics' and still hold an audience.

I vaguely heard this on the radio the other day but was half asleep and then figured I'd imagined it.

terrylamps Ossie King Of Stamford Bridge was my hero as a kid, still used to get a kick out of meeting him and chatting about the old days, his signed photos adorn my office walls...the Bridge won't seem the same anymore.
