Agreed, Foz ... it will be those with something to hide that want their history erased !
The Spanish man - who had his house repossessed - may well be in a better financial position NOW but if YOU were lending him money wouldn't you be very interested in the fact that he was a bad payer previously?
poor ITK still doesn't get Capitalism does he?
last month I went to a charity bash at a sumptuous home owned by "Aussie Home Loans" John Symons. He's been bankrupt in spectacular fashion now twice but spent the last 10 years building up an immense fortune giving out home loans and financed by....the very big banks that lost money before.
this poor Spanish sod is evening out the playing field. There are plenty of ways of checking out someone you may want to do business with but the net isn't one.
Check out Youtube- full of (false) accusations accusing people of being mind controlled Satanists pedo ring murderers. |

HOWEVER... from experience Google will make each and every claimant jump through endless hoops . believe me after speaking to a lawyer who has won 2 libel trials against them he says they are the most rapacious organisation he has dealt with : they throw a fortune at litigation hoping to wear down litigants.
and as they pay virtually no tax on billions in income, they can |

Mixed feelings on this - some old stories are in the public interest. Will this mean that MWT will be able to demand stories of his alleged past dealings to be deleted? |

It will have some effect on internet forums like this one and others which share many articles and
gossip about news stories with often varied opinions.
It's fine to stamp down on "evil trolls" but the ramifications for all is concerning.
This COULD be much bigger than taking down stuff requested by people. |
