Since the Lib Dems are probably the only half decent thing about the Coalition, ITK, I'm not sure that's a bad conversion, although they did back killing innocent Arabs (which is why I'm never voting for them again).
As I grow older I see how useless virtually ALL politicians are.

The Greens & my favourite billionaire Clive Palmer hold the balance of power in the Senate in Oz and nothing gets past them so I'm a huge fan.
I've come to conclusion that preferential and compulsory voting ( as in Oz) is a close to democracy as you can get.
