MWTWATCHER	Utter crap, its just in a sexual case the decievers are still seen as victims, most councils will not advise to sue or want to its just not the done thing. but if the accuser said you stole something and its proved you did not council will sue. anyway as an end to this thread that some may stumble upon in years to come. DLT got a 3 month sentence suspended.

hedda	I repeat : Germaine Greer says anonyimity for rape victims is another form of assault as she says it is society basically shaming the victim and giving even more power to the rapist. No other victim of crime is required to stay anonymous ... that the concept is part of society's skewered concepts these days where black is most definitely white. Having heard Germaine speak may times, I would assume she abhors the idea as it also give allows false accusers to accuse as well.
