JK2006 I have a really good Indian restaurant (chain) near me which has Aloo Gobi on the menu one day a week only. They keep doing a version of potatoes and spinach which I don't like nearly as much and I keep nagging at them.

Can anyone explain why Aloo Gobi is getting hard to find? I just had quite a nice Waitrose potato and onion Indian dish but nowhere near as nice as aloo gobi which, even in restaurants, seems often not available.

Try looking at your take away they sell them here JK.
honey!oh sugar sugar. I don't know why it isnt available, but it only takes a few minutes to make and it freezes well so perhaps you could make yourself a batch of ready meals?
