Pru It's a strange phenomenon: 'We have a comedian. We don't really rate them enough as a comedian to make a comedy show with them. So, er, let's send them somewhere and film them talking about it'. Didn't they send Bill Bailey to look at elephants? Ross Noble went on some bike ride in Australia. Mickey Flanagan went on a cycle ride in France. Paul O'Grady is forever visiting dogs' homes. Paul Merton's visited China. Billy Connolly has done multiple travelogues. It's all creeping towards the Alan Partridge/Monkey Tennis level of desperation.
