JK2006 Quite unusual for a Minister of the Crown, let alone the Lord Chancellor, to be declared bonkers by a High Court Judge. Books are now allowed, once again, to be sent into prisons (and my stamp budget goes into overdrive). Sadly, the Judge did NOT sentence Grayling to death but I suppose the ban on Capital Punishment is actually correct.
