False Memory Syndrome...we can all misinterpret things,done it myself a few times.
To her credit she did admit to her guilt,and to the Police's shame they tried to push things along...we're in a mess as a society...Ancient Rome...here we come!  |

Neither professionally nor personally (and it's in doubles figures) have I ever come across an allegation or Rape, or the like, which was anything other than false. |

No. Pure spite and revenge and she didn't give a fig for the feelings of the little girl.
The original story explains how the father objected to her unprofessional behaviour and asked for her to be removed from his case.

Work place lying the norm. So if the local area social services are conditioned to side with the woman in a custody battle then yes agree with JK the social worker could persuade themselves they saw something. I have seen something on youtube or somewhere that some positive things are starting to happen in that it is accepted in custody battles the ex will use inappropriate sexual behavious or signs of it and encourage the social worker "to see it." So my guess in this situation a number were prepared to allow crimminal activities to take place by the social service worker, police and department. But the lady owned up. I must say that is very usual as normally once they go down that road that is it.
Glad to see some people in position respond to the accused pleas and look into it.
Wouldn't it be great for all concerned that more checks and balances were built in that would protect the father as well as the social worker either themselves and/or their department from making snap false allegations to follow their preconceived ideas. Thus when the social worker comes back and states I saw or thought they saw something more checking and questioning and verifying is done in an orderly fashion to establish the truth. If no serious previous record then caution followed knowing that it is a custody battle and feelings can get very high and clouded. |

UK justice went from a rational acceptance of "Presumed Innocent Until PROVEN Guilty Beyond All Reasonable Doubt".
To an irrational support for "The Balance of Improbabilty".
To a deranged bent-cops/law/polit/media, backing "The Unbalanced Probably Innocent Of Lying". |
