Children should be planned and each couple allowed 2 at the very most (worked for China-now over 100 Million peasants lifted out of poverty-many more to go) ## looking at venerated Hedda family history (goes back to at least 1400s) every couple had around 10 /12 kids but at least 3 died young. So they were planning to have a hoard of kids to care for them in old age ? World over populated- why not adopt a kiddie from the Third World ?
