NEVER been tested in a Court of law (and what would the public think of the "royals" if they refused to face a court ?????)
they never do for good reason- there are so many nutcases out there royals would spend all their time defending idiotic actions.
# recall Diana's butler & HM Queen.
## as you can see from that carefully planted Mail tale that Camilla is a real sex-pot in private. I am urging her to be more public about her saucy & fun loving side, hence even ITK may be converted into a fan when he sees my tasteful but saucy bikini pics of Camila cavorting on Bondi Beach and playfully skipping through the surf away from a Tiger Shark
As I said to Camilla just the other day when I attended her Brazilian waxing .."you should show more of that gorgeous body Camy, it's not fair that Chas keeps you to himself?" |

Again you misinterpret either deliberately or through ignorance.
Andrew- even if the claims were true cannot be extradited to anywhere apart from the fact he has diplomatic immunity.
Only the US, UK & Australia have "sex tourism" laws and in the USA they do not apply in the various states (due to differing laws)...they apply to foreign countries only. Sex Tourism laws come into play if you break foreign laws- meaning you can be prosecuted back home.
If you, say had sex with a Spaniard who was 15 you could not be prosecuted in the UK on Sex Tourism Laws.
Andrew is a British subject where the Age of Consent is 16. The claimant says she was 17. End of. He cannot & will not be questioned by British police.
You falsely claim "but as each and every extra fact comes out it builds a case "
these are not "facts"- facts by definition are true. Facts are not coming out, just more claims. Again they have to be proved, not disproved.
The Florida settlement had nothing to do with Andrew. End of.
And the notion that "victims should be consulted" in a plea deal is bizarre- even under US law as in the UK, victims do not have a say how a case is run by prosecutors. The whole notion of Justice is that the State prosecutes on behalf of society, not the victim.
All the victim gets to do is give evidence and tell the court how they feel but the sentencing judge can ignore that as their feelings are not written into penalties.
The attempt to overturn a plea bargain will go no-where as it would demolish the sanctity of all previous plea deals that could be challenged and undermine the basis of US prosecutions.
It would be like a breach of contract and could bring down the US justice system.
This is a classic shonky shyster US lawyer beat-up : the wording of the court claim document is thin and badly written but I think deliberately...it looks to me like Andrew has been included to give the claims the media boost it got but also absolves him.
The mistake I reckon, is including Alan Dershowitz and I believe he will eventually demolish the entire case.
## the Roman Polanski case was another where a 'plea deal' cause total havoc. Polanski had plead guilty on an agreed penalty but the nutcase judge was going to ignore it, or so Polanski thought.
Everything from then has been a disaster for all involved.
And plea deals now are written like a contract.
The claim that Andrew somehow influenced the FBI in the Epstein case should be laughed at for the lunacy it is. Not only would the FBI have nothing to do with it, even Andrew would know that interfering in any court matter could bring down the Royal Family.
Sad to see ITK is just another who believes the Echo Chamber of the media. |
