In The Know I wonder if these 10 were amongst the "intellectually challenged"?

==

"Following the conclusion of the trial, the victim was named by people between 20-22 April on Twitter and Facebook.

Ten appeared at Prestatyn magistrates on Monday where nine pleaded guilty to publishing material likely lead members of the public to identify the complainant in a rape case, contrary to the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992.

They were each told to pay £624 in damages to the woman.

You will find the article quite easily - it's under the heading -
Ched Evans refused appeal against rape conviction

Shall we continue the discussion AFTER his "review" has been (finally) thrown out ?

a large majority

Its the majority opinion that matters now, is it?

What about these stats -

Only 4181 turned up to Oldham's home game yesterday (Half of them Doncaster fans?)

70,000 signed the petition against signing him (on top of the 180,000 who signed the Sheffield United petition).

I think I can see where the majority lies - and SO CAN the sponsors !!!!

Incidentally - a few Oldham fans started chanting for Evans yesterday
- they were described by The Independent as "intellectually challenged" lol !

Get real ITK,those who signed those petitions were mostly nothing to do with the clubs concerned, but people who felt the need to sign....70,000 out of 60 million puts it into perspective....and of course Oldham expect low attendances early in the new year, the crowd ye mention was about half its capacity.
In The Know Aaah ... you do have to feel sorry for the intellectually challenged, don't you ?

If he got to play for Oldham and he the club to the top 5 it be a different story.

Joey Barton won many fans over.
