hedda	Royals never sue for the obvious reason that ambitious lawyers would love to get them in the witness box and go for the throat. Dershowiz's comments are spot on : she has already lied about meeting the Queen..and most likely meeting Clinton. general public are quite clueless ( she seems to be Southern Trailer Trash)..ex US presidents like Clinton have at least 12 Secret Service agents at all times and every meeting is checked beforehand, every person checked before they meet with a president and every meeting is fully recorded as to date, time who is present etc etc

JK2006	Americans appear to have more respect for celebrities and less faith in false accusers. Hopefully they understand the power and effect of media profiles. But we shall see. The Bill Cosby situation is interesting.
hedda	do you have to prick my balloon so quickly? a real test coming up..will the Yanks succumb to Britain's full on Witch Hunt where careers can be destroyed overnight? I sort of think the Yankers (dreadful ITK word) will not stand for it. but anything could happen ## if these claims stand then it is the beginning of a full on campaign. If the legal establishments of the the UK & USA roll over..all is lost.
JK2006	Proving you were in another country on the claimed dates tends to fail, Hedda. I was told by the CCRC "it's not when but whether" that counts (in an age of consent case where one second is the difference between guilt and innocence). "It's not where but whether" they will squeal.
