The machine cooks carrots and parsnips incredibly well. The taste is so much better than I've experienced via other methods. M&S sell a little packet of roast chicken pieces which - when you don't have time to cook your own - you can just throw in with your veg and it makes a fantastic chicken soup. |

Here we go -
Couple of fresh cod fillets (poached to start with)
Couple of potatoes
Couple of mushrooms
Handful of spinach
Veg stock (I use one of those stockpots)
Red onion
It's very green (due to the spinach), but wonderful.
Have you thought about doing recipe app ?
I only publish my successes, so many failures with it, not in so much of the taste of the soup but normally because i've made it too thin. Potatoes are basically fantastic at bulking them up. |

I've just had two bowls full, enough for now, the rest for supper.
Yes have thought about cauliflower too. |

I like all the ingredients - even the spinach. And I'm a sprouts fan. And cauliflower. They make delicious soup. Potatoes and cauliflower. Mmm. Sort of liquid Aloo Gobi. |
