hedda	the website may be being investigated but it is not in contempt as it identifies no-one. Another example of an hysterical media beat-up. ## Ched Evans co-accused would now have to be found Guilty today under nutbag Alison Saunder's new rules. how about that then folks.
Cynical (as ever)	Rephrase ITK (as always): "Earlier appeals against the Birmingham-6, Guildford-4, and many more wrongful convictions, were rejected by senior Judges at the Courts of Appeal - until finally 'Acquitted'."
In The Know (as always)	"A statement on his website says " ... This will be the same website that is currently under investigation for possible "contempt of Court" ??? An earlier appeal against Evans’s conviction was rejected by three judges at the Court of Appeal in 2012.
hedda	it's a fascinating point isn't it? her evidence was accepted in one matter but not the other. But as we have seen with the Rolf Harris case witnesses can admit lying and still have their evidence accepted and they can even shift the date of the alleged offence to 3 years later and juries accept it. But in any other non sex case, that would get the matter thrown out.
