JK2006 Absolutely Hedda (your post took me to that link and I was fascinated by the loads of comments beneath the main thread).
hedda and note in my thread titled 'Roy Harper" how his friend who gave a character reference says his career has been shattered with record sales suddenly drying up and Harper having to spend life savings on defence.

The damage has been done whatever the outcome.
robbiex The jury liked him and therefore decided he was not guilty, that's the way it works in these sort of cases.
JK2006 But remember the word "vindictive" and remember the DLT trials.
