Surely it is a basic premise of justice in a democracy that you don't target people and then look for evidence.
Not any more! Come to think of it, the old "stop and search" laws in the seventies were doing the same thing, weren't they? |

How could someone know in advance that high-profile individuals are worth taking to court? Is that an admission?
