MWTWATCHER why have we not heard they were "groomed" ? The word can ne used outside of a sexual context also .

JK2006 Should we not assume they are also unable to consent to killing people? We Brits have such a strange view of sexuality. Under 16; incapable of consent yet capable of becoming terrorists? We keep saying - education, education, education. On all levels. And treat individuals as individuals. Some are capable of many things, good and bad. Others need protecting from seduction by all kinds of people. Black and white morality and laws do no favours to anyone and make matters worse, not better.
