JK2006 Interesting that TWO Judges decided she "should not be believed" and that police "with the very best of intentions" and being described as honest and decent - as I believe most of them are - were simply intimidated by, essentially, media pressure that "the good story" is the only thing that matters. Linked with the comments coming in from the likes of Hastings and Parris, this is significant. All, of course, preceded by my Inside Time column last month - much read and appreciated.
hedda without knowing about much of this trial, although the judge's decision seems correct, surely this is why the accused should remain anonymous as well.

they are all fairly young but will all face a future where they are gossiped about.
JK2006 and just check out the reasons why. "You will be believed"??? NOT a clever statement, nor a fair one.
