I think almost all of them do Dixie; it is read by virtually everyone in the prison and legal services. As for responding - don't hold your breath. Though I suspect, as I say in the piece, that the vast majority of police who are good and decent people agree with me 100% and are furious that their time is being wasted being forced to take absurd allegations seriously.

My experience with a dear friend in Oz who was a TV personality found that when she went to confront her twitter trolls she found mainly disturbed people and ended up feeling sorry for them.
