hedda note that he is being pursued under the 2014 rules that declared you have to prove innocence before you can get compensation for wrongful conviction.

so several retrograde shifts in British law and yet barely a whimper out of politicians, the legal fraternity, the media and the general public.

# "you will be believed" & accusers/ claimants now referred to as victims from word go.

# you must prove a woman consented if accused of rape

# increasing restrictions on the questioning of accusers in sex trials

# a cop saying outrageously "credible evidence" in another sex case

sometime I think those who say Yewtree is a cover to sweep aside rights, are correct
